1. A node of a cellular network, the node comprising a processor and memory storing instructions which, when executed by the processor, cause the node to:
receive, from a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU), a first message indicating a request by the WTRU to join a multicast group, wherein the first message comprises an identifier associated with the multicast group and information associated with a protocol data unit (PDU) session to be used to send data associated with the multicast group;
send, to the WTRU, a second message indicating acceptance of the request by the WTRU to join the multicast group; and
send, to a second node of the cellular network, configuration information to cause the second node to be configured for sending, to the WTRU via the PDU session, data associated with the multicast group.
