1. A method for maintaining data communication at a massive SIM apparatus (MSA), comprising;
(a) receiving a first request from a cellular router;
(b) selecting a first subscriber identification module (SIM) from a plurality of SIMs based on at least one selection criteria;
(c) sending SIM profile information of the first SIM to the cellular router; and
(d) when receiving a second request:
(i) selecting a second SIM from the plurality of SIMs based on the at least one selection criteria;
(ii) sending SIM profile information of the second SIM to the cellular router.
