1. One or more computer-readable media having instructions that, when executed, cause a base station to:
generate first configuration information to configure a first user equipment (“UE”) to operate using a first uplink bandwidth and a first downlink bandwidth within a wideband carrier of a cell;
generate second configuration information to configure a second UE to operate using a second uplink bandwidth and a second downlink bandwidth within the wideband carrier of the cell, wherein sizes of the second uplink and downlink bandwidths are different than the sizes of the first uplink and downlink bandwidths, and wherein at least one of the first downlink bandwidth or the first uplink bandwidth is equal to a maximum bandwidth of the wideband carrier of the cell; and
cause transmission of the first and second configuration information to the first and second UEs, respectively.
