1. A method comprising:
receiving, by a financial institution computing system of a financial institution, a curbside transaction request from a user device, the user device being associated with an account holder of the financial institution, and the curbside transaction request including a transaction description and a selection of an authentication form selected from a plurality of authentication forms;
determining, by the financial institution computing system, based on the transaction description and a branch service availability, a branch location from a plurality of branch locations associated with the financial institution;
updating, in real-time by the financial institution computing system, the branch location based on additional information received from the user device;
transmitting, by the financial institution computing system, a curbside set-up request to a branch location computing system associated with the branch location;
transmitting, by the financial institution computing system, curbside transaction information to the user device, the curbside transaction information including the branch location and authentication details, wherein the authentication details include a transaction-specific passcode;
determining, by the financial institution computing system and based on geolocation information associated with the user device, an arrival of the user device at the branch location;
authenticating, by the financial institution computing system, the account holder to initiate a transaction in accordance with the curbside transaction information, wherein the account holder is authenticated based on additional authentication information received from the user device (i) matching the selected authentication form and (ii) matching customer information stored in a database including the transaction-specific passcode, and
causing an amount of a currency type to be dispensed to a receptacle selected based on the transaction description.
