1. An apparatus comprising:
a distributor configured to be centrally arranged in a vessel comprising a product, the distributor comprising:
an upper first section comprising a plurality of spray nozzles configured to distribute a fluid from the upper first section into the product;
a lower second section configured to be disposed in the product; and
a guide tube disposed within and traversing the length of the distributor; and
one or more measurement devices disposed within a portion of the guide tube disposed within the lower second section.
