1. A debris management vehicle comprising:
a vehicle frame;
a fan assembly coupled to the vehicle frame, wherein the fan assembly has a rotor axis oriented obliquely to a horizontal plane; and
a nozzle defining:
a nozzle inlet in fluid communication with an outlet of the fan assembly; and
a nozzle outlet, wherein the nozzle outlet is rotatable about a nozzle axis that is orthogonal to the horizontal plane when the rotor axis is oriented obliquely to the horizontal plane.
