1. A system comprising:
a processor; and
a memory storing computer-executable instructions, that when executed by the processor, cause the processor to:
receive a request to perform a charging of a first electric vehicle;
determine, using a peer-to-peer network including one or more charging sources, a first charging source to provide charge to the first electric vehicle, wherein determining the first charging source is based on an amount of emissions that would result from charging using the first charging source;
determine a first time and a first location at which to perform charging of the first electric vehicle using the first charging source;
autonomously navigate, by the first electric vehicle, to the first location at the first time;
initiate an action to provide the first electric vehicle physical access to the first charging source; and
determine that the charging of the first electric vehicle has been performed.
