1. An asymmetric crosslinked polymer membrane, comprising:
a porous support layer; and
a dense selective layer having a thickness between 80 nanometers and 100 micrometers,
wherein the dense selective layer comprises a polymer comprising a pendant nucleophile and a plurality of crosslinks comprising silanes formed from reaction with a weak acid catalyst, and
wherein a CO2 permeability through the membrane is at least 25 Barrer when measured in pure gas flow at 25° C. and 100 psia.
