A tissue scaffold material comprising a hydrogel and microspheres, said hydrogel comprising a first polymer and said microspheres comprising a second polymer, wherein said microspheres are embedded in said hydrogel, and said microspheres have a different density than said hydrogel, wherein the first polymer and the second polymer are collagen.
