1. A system comprising:
a signal receiver circuit configured to receive physiologic information of a patient, the physiological information comprising heart sound information of the patient; and
an assessment circuit configured to determine blood pressure information of the patient using second heart sound (S2) information from one or more time periods having first heart sound (S1) information at a specified value or range of values.
