1. A skin diagnosing device for diagnosing skin, comprising:
an optical unit including an optical system that uses optical coherence tomography;
an optical mechanism to guide light from the optical unit to the skin to scan the skin;
a loading device to apply predetermined deformation energy to the skin;
a control computation unit to compute tomographic distribution of predetermined status values relating to the skin by controlling driving of the loading device and the optical mechanism and processing optical interference signals output from the optical unit in response to the driving, to compute a mechanical characteristics of the skin on the basis of the tomographic distribution; and
a display device to display the mechanical characteristics of the skin, wherein
the predetermined status values comprise a change in the mechanical characteristics and a change in a blood flow condition of the skin at a cross-sectional position of the skin
wherein the mechanical characteristics comprises elasticity or viscoelasticity,
wherein when the elasticity or the viscoelasticity in a vicinity of blood vessels is lower than a predetermined reference value, a deterioration of the skin is diagnosed and displayed on the display device,
wherein the control computation unit computes a degree of deformation of a network of blood vessels as a degree of the change in the blood flow condition.
