1. A vacuum collection vehicle comprising:
a chassis;
a vacuum container supported by the chassis, the vacuum container comprising a floor, a roof, and side walls forming an interior;
a filter; a vacuum source supported by the chassis in pneumatic connection with the interior of the vacuum container and configured to draw air from the interior and move the air through the filter prior to discharge;
a first discharge conduit having a first outlet within the interior; a second discharge conduit having a second outlet within the interior;
a first inner collection receptacle support within the vacuum container and mountable to a first air transmissive flexible and collapsible inner collection receptacle to support the first air transmissive flexible and collapsible inner collection receptacle in an upright orientation to receive collected material from the first outlet of the first discharge conduit;
a first outer collection receptacle support within the vacuum container and mountable to a first non-air transmissive flexible and collapsible outer collection receptacle to hang the first non-air transmissive flexible and collapsible outer collection receptacle in an upright orientation receiving, about and spaced from the first air transmissive flexible and collapsible inner collection receptacle;
a second inner collection receptacle support within the vacuum container and mountable to a second air transmissive flexible and collapsible inner collection receptacle to hang the second air transmissive flexible and collapsible inner collection receptacle in an upright orientation to receive collected material from the second outlet of the second discharge conduit; and
a second outer collection receptacle support within the vacuum container and mountable to a second non-air transmissive flexible and collapsible outer collection receptacle to hang the second non-air transmissive flexible and collapsible outer collection receptacle in an upright orientation receiving, about and spaced from the second air transmissive flexible and collapsible inner collection receptacle.
