1. A color conversion panel including pixel areas including a first pixel area and a second pixel area each emitting a light having a same color and a non-pixel area between the first pixel area and the second pixel area, wherein the first pixel area and the second pixel area are adjacent to each other with the non-pixel area in between, the color conversion panel comprising:
a substrate;
a light shielding pattern disposed on the substrate in the non-pixel area;
a color conversion layer disposed on the substrate, covering the light shielding pattern, and configured to convert an incident light, a height of a top surface of a first portion of the color conversion layer corresponding to the non-pixel area from the substrate being less than each of heights of top surfaces of second portions of the color conversion layer respectively corresponding to the pixel areas from the substrate; and
a light shielding partition wall disposed on the color conversion layer in the non-pixel area,
wherein the first portion of the color conversion layer corresponding to the non-pixel area extends across the non-pixel area, and
wherein the color conversion layer is a single-layer that includes at least one of a quantum dot and a fluorescent substance.
