1. A firing system comprising:
a computing device configured to be fitted onto a firearm or into the firearm, wherein the computing device has one or more processing units;
one or more environmental input devices in communication with the computing device;
an activation mechanism in communication with the computing device, wherein either the activation mechanism is activated to fire a propellant on a cartridge to propel a bullet from the firearm or the activation mechanism is deactivated in response to an electronic signal sent from the computing device;
a programmable interface in communication with the computing device, wherein a set of operations including a series of variables are inputted into the programmable interface as an application for the one or more processing units in the computing device to communicate with the activation mechanism; and
one or more machine learning processes, utilized by the computing device, trains the computing device ahead of time to recognize and respond to environmental factors according to the set of operations pre-programmed through the programmable interface, wherein the environmental factors include body parts, and wherein images used to train the computing device are annotated as body parts leading to a fatal shot and body parts leading to a non-fatal shot.
