1. A multi-ply water-soluble article comprising three or more plies and a plurality of particles positioned between at least two of the three or more plies, wherein the three or more plies are bonded to each other by a pressure bond to form the multi-ply water-soluble article, wherein at least one of the three or more plies comprises a water-soluble fibrous structure comprising one or more water-soluble fibrous elements wherein at least one of the water-soluble fibrous elements comprises one or more filament-forming materials and one or more active agents releasable from the water-soluble fibrous elements;
wherein the multi-ply water-soluble article exhibits an Average Inter-Ply Peak Peel Force of greater than 0.03 N to about 5.00 N as measured according to the Inter-Ply, Intra-Ply, and Whole 180° Peel Test Method, such that the multi-ply water-soluble article exhibits an Average Hand Dissolution Value of less than 30 Dissolution Strokes to greater than 0 Dissolution Strokes as measured according to the Hand Dissolution Test Method, an Average Maximum Peak Force of less than 20.00N as measured according to the Modified Circular Bend Test Method, and an Average Bending Stiffness of less than 2500.0 N/m according to the Modified Circular Bend Test Method;
wherein the multi-ply water-soluble article has one or more of:
a width from about 1 cm to about 11 cm;
a length from about 1 cm to about 20 cm;
a height from about 0.01 mm to about 50 mm;
a mass from about 0.25 g to about 50 g;
a volume from about 0.25 cc to about 60 cc; and
a density from about 0.05 g/cc to about 0.8 g/cc.
