1. A dental appliance for multi axis titration of a mandibular-maxillary structure of a patient comprising:
a maxillary appliance configured to conform to the maxillary dental structure of the patient;
a maxillary attachment piece affixed to each of a left side and a right side of the maxillary appliance at a center point configured to overlie a facial buccal surface of one of a canine or a pre-molar of each of the left side and right side of the maxillary dental structure;
a mandibular appliance configured to conform to the mandibular dental structure of the patient;
a mandibular attachment piece affixed to each of a left side and a right side of the mandibular appliance at a center point configured to overlie the facial buccal surface of a corresponding canine or pre-molar of each of the left side and right side of the mandibular dental structure;
each of the maxillary attachment piece and the mandibular attachment piece having a constriction; and
a rigid titration connector comprising a triangular shaped plate having a first keyed slot extending in a vertical direction and configured to adjustably receive the constriction of the maxillary attachment piece, the triangular shaped plate further having a second keyed slot extending in a horizontal direction and configured to adjustably receive the constriction of the mandibular attachment piece; and
wherein a first and second locking plate are respectively configured to hook onto the maxillary and mandibular attachment pieces over the triangular shaped plate.
