1. A repair device for fixating to soft tissue at a soft tissue repair site, comprising:
an anchor member having a base with at least four legs extending from the base, the base extending with an upper side and an underside defining an outer periphery therebetween, the upper side of the base facing an opposite direction relative to the underside of the base, the upper side and underside defining an opening therein such that the base extends to define a ring like structure, the at least four legs each extend directly outward from the outer periphery and radially bend to extend downward in a maintained fixed orientation, the outer periphery defining a width between the upper side and the underside of the base, the width being less than an outer diameter of the ring like structure of the base; and
one or more flexible filament members configured to be coupled to the base of the anchor member.
