12. A non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause operations comprising:
receiving a starting time, an ending time, and a measure of significance of an event depicted in a video stream;
in response to detecting that a current location of a user is in proximity of a location of the event, determining whether the user was present at the location between the starting time and the ending time for the event;
in response to determining that the user was present at the location between the starting time and the ending time for the event, processing, using a machine learning model, a user profile for the user and the measure of significance of the event to determine whether to generate for the user a cryptographic token associated with the event; and
in response to determining to generate for the user the cryptographic token associated with the event, generating a notification to the user including information for accessing the cryptographic token for the user.
