1. A method for transmitting a Beam Failure Recovery (BFR) Medium Access Control (MAC) Control Element (CE) by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, comprising:
configuring a plurality of cells with cell indexes and priorities of the cells;
detecting a beam failure on two or more cells among the plurality of cells;
generating the BFR MAC CE including beam failure recovery information for the two or more beam failure detected cells;
transmitting the BFR MAC CE to a network,
wherein the beam failure recovery information for the two or more beam failure detected cells is included in the BFR MAC CE in a descending order of priorities of the two or more beam failure detected cells; and
truncating the beam failure recovery information for the two or more beam failure detected cells from a lowest octet of the BFR MAC CE for fitting a size of the BFR MAC CE plus a MAC sub-header to an available Uplink (UL) resource when the size of the BFR MAC CE plus the MAC sub-header of the BFR MAC CE is larger than the available UL resource,
wherein the MAC sub-header includes information indicating that the BFR MAC CE has been truncated.
