1. A system comprising:
an electronic device having a display; and
a stylus for use with the electronic device, the stylus including:
a stylus housing having a first end and a second end opposite the first end, the stylus housing having a tip at the first end, the stylus housing having a compartment to receive a battery;
a first button carried by the stylus housing, actuation of the first button to cause generation of a mouse input;
a wireless radio to communicate via a Bluetooth protocol;
an antenna;
at least one sensor carried by the stylus housing, the at least one sensor including an accelerometer to output one or more first signals corresponding to accelerometer data, the accelerometer data associated with a speed of movement of the stylus, the movement corresponding to handwriting; and
circuitry to cause the wireless radio to transmit one or more second signals based on the one or more first signals;
at least one of the electronic device or the stylus to:
cause an action associated with the mouse input to be presented via the display of the electronic device in response to the actuation of the first button of the stylus; and
cause a change to typed alphanumeric text on the display in response to the accelerometer data associated with the speed of the movement of the stylus.
