1. A system for detecting particles in a particle-containing fluid of a cleanroom or aseptic environment, the system comprising:
an impactor comprising:
an inlet for receiving the particle-containing fluid;
an impact surface in fluid communication with the inlet; and
an outlet for discharging the fluid, the outlet in fluid communication with the impact surface; and
a flow system configured to deliver at least a portion of the particle-containing fluid along a fluid path that originates in the cleanroom or aseptic environment and terminates outside the cleanroom or aseptic environment, at the inlet of the impactor; and
a robotic manipulator system configured to regulate a flow of fluid through the impactor.
