1. A system, comprising:
a first sensor configured to detect a turbulated base fluid within a first region of a reservoir;
a second sensor configured to detect the turbulated base fluid within a second region of the reservoir; and
a controller including a processor, the controller having a fluid level identification module, the fluid level identification module configured to establish a fluid level of a turbulated base fluid in a reservoir, wherein the fluid level is established by:
determining a presence of the turbulated base fluid within the first region with at least the first sensor;
assigning a first numerical value based on presence of the turbulated base fluid in the first region for fluid level indexing;
determining a presence of the turbulated base fluid within the second region with at least the second sensor;
assigning a second numerical value based on presence of the turbulated base fluid in the second region for fluid level indexing; and
wherein establishing the fluid level of the turbulated base fluid includes averaging numerical values associated with the quantity of numerical values.
