1. A quantum dot surface-modified with a compound represented by Chemical Formula 1:

wherein, in Chemical Formula 1,
L is a divalent moiety derived from acid dianhydride,
L1 and L2 are independently a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkylene group,
R1 is a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl group or a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C20 aryl group, and
m is an integer of 1 to 20.
