1. A chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin having an average of a ratio (A/B) of a peak intensity A observed in a range of 660 to 700 cm⁻¹to a peak intensity B observed in a range of 600 to 650 cm⁻¹of 0.50 to 2.00 in Raman imaging measurement by Raman spectroscopy.
