1. A system for medical software tools, comprising:
a data bus in communication with a processing device to transmit an image stream from a camera disposed in a medical device to an image stream processing interface module; and
wherein said data bus conducts image post-processing and formatting of said image stream to match a display resolution of a user interface module;
an optical sensor corresponding with said camera disposed in said medical device for registering changes in spectral characteristics reflected from an anatomical tissue surface under inspection;
a data storage unit housed in said processing device to upload said image stream on to a medical archive over said user interface module;
a user video enhancement component on said user interface module to render an graphic overlay over said image stream;
a medical software tools component on said user interface module, configured to said processing device to provide a plurality of medical software tools through said user interface module;
an optical signature module for said optical sensor utilizing an algorithmic-based image processing system to monitor said changes in said spectral characteristics of a diseased area and proximal areas of said anatomical tissue surface; and
wherein said plurality of medical software tools are selected and customized by a medical professional to execute an operation with respect to said graphic overlay over said image stream.
