1. A method of predicting a condition of a human body, comprising:
generating, with an electric field generator, an electric field at a nominal frequency;
measuring one or more properties of the generated electric field at multiple time points during a measuring period to produce a series of respective measurement values, the one or more properties of the electric field changing over time due to interactions with the human body in a reactive near-field region of the electric field;
determining one or more periodic behaviors from one or more repeating patterns identified in the series of respective measurement values of the measured one or more properties of the generated electric field;
determining one or more non-periodic behaviors from a disruption in at least one of the one or more repeating patterns identified in the series of respective measurement values of the measured one or more properties of the generated electric field;
computing, from at least one of the one or more periodic behaviors and at least one of the one or more non-periodic behaviors, one or more physiological parameters of the human body; and
detecting, from the one or more physiological parameters, one or more symptoms of a condition of the human body.
