1. A system for assessing vasculature of a subject, the system comprising:
one or more processors configured for communication with an intravascular device comprising a sensor configured to obtain functional flow data while positioned within the vasculature, wherein the one or more processors are configured to:
receive the functional flow data obtained by the sensor at a plurality of locations of the vasculature, wherein the function flow data comprises:
values specific to a first location of the plurality of locations and obtained by the sensor at the first location; and
values specific to a second location of the plurality of locations and obtained by the sensor at the second location;
receive an external image of the vasculature;
output, to a monitor in communication with the one or more processors, a screen display that includes:
the external image; and
a first marker indicating the first location in the external image; and
a second marker indicating the second location in the external image;
receive, from a user interface in communication with the one or more processors, different user inputs selecting the first marker and the second marker, respectively, during a same session to perform a comparison between functional flow data at the first location and at the second location; and
cause the monitor to update the screen display in response to the different user inputs such that the updated screen display comprises:
the external image;
a user interface (UI) element comprising at least one of a plot or a numerical value, based on the values of the functional flow data specific to the first location when the first marker is selected or the values of the functional flow data specific to the second location when the second marker is selected; and
at least one indicator visually linking the UI element to the first location in the external image when the first marker is selected or the second location in the external image when the second marker is selected,
wherein the UI element is overlaid on the external image such that the first location in the external image remains uncovered when the first marker is selected or the second location in the external image remains uncovered when the second marker is selected.
