1. A surgical system for performing an endoscopic submucosal dissection, comprising:
a first surgical clip including:
first and second jaw members configured to move between an open configuration and a closed configuration to grasp tissue therebetween; and
a resilient member attached to one of the first or second jaw members and configured to transition between a stored state and a deployed state, in which the resilient member bows outwardly; and
a second surgical clip including first and second jaw members configured to move between an open configuration and a closed configuration to grasp tissue therebetween, wherein each of the first and second jaw members of the second surgical clip has a blunt distal tip.
