1. A method for managing a backhaul infrastructure for a telecommunication network, the method comprising:
monitoring, by a Centralized Self Organizing Network (C-SON) automation platform, one or more backhaul utilization performance indicators corresponding to a backhaul infrastructure, wherein the backhaul infrastructure transports data between one or more User Equipment (UE) connected to a small cell and a data network;
receiving, by the C-SON automation platform, subscriber data for at least one User Equipment (UE) and location data for the at least one UE from at least one Network Function (NF);
mapping, by the C-SON automation platform, the at least one UE to a network slice of a backhaul service flow between the small cell and the data network based on the subscriber data and the location data including a cell ID of the small cell;
determining, by the C-SON automation platform, the one or more backhaul utilization performance indicators exceeds a backhaul threshold limit for the backhaul service flow; and
adjusting, by the C-SON automation platform, a bandwidth utilization of the backhaul infrastructure based on the one or more backhaul utilization performance indicators exceeding the backhaul threshold limit.
