1. A display device, comprising:
a plurality of pixels emitting light according to an image signal and a plurality of photo sensors outputting an electrical signal responding to incident light that are included in a display panel;
a data driving circuit including one or more source drive IC configured to supply the image signal to the plurality of pixels, receive a sensing signal indicating characteristics of the plurality of pixels, and receive the electrical signal from the plurality of photosensors;
a gate driving circuit configured to generate scan signals to control operations of the plurality of pixels and the plurality of photosensors; and
a timing controller configured to supply control signals to control operations of the data driving circuit and the gate driving circuit and image data to be displayed in the display panel,
wherein the one or more source drive IC includes:
a digital-to-analog converter DAC configured to convert the image data supplied from the timing controller into the image signal;
one or more sensing units configured to receive the electrical signal from the photo sensors in a display period during which the image signal is supplied to the plurality of pixels and to receive the sensing signal from the pixel in a blank period between two display periods; and
an analog-to-digital converter ADC configured to convert a signal output from the sensing unit into digital data,
wherein the scan signals controlling operations of the plurality of pixels and the plurality of photosensors comprise a first scan signal which applies a data voltage corresponding to the image signal to the pixel and simultaneously transmits the electrical signal stored in the photosensors.
