1. A fluorene photoinitiator, having the structure as represented by the following formula (I):

wherein,
R1 each independently represents hydrogen;
A represents hydrogen, a nitro group, halogen, or a —CO—CR2R3R4 group;
R2 and R3 each independently represent a C1-C20 linear or branched alkyl group, a C3-C20 cycloalkyl group, a C4-C20 cycloalkylalkyl group, as C4-C20 alkylcycloalkyl group, or a C6-C20 aryl group, and R2 and R3 may be linked to each other to form a ring and;
R4 represents a photoactive group, which is a N-morpholinyl group.
