1. A recombinant DNA molecule comprising a DNA sequence polynucleotide selected from the group consisting of:
a) a polynucleotide with at least 95 percent sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 8, wherein the polynucleotide has promoter activity;
b) a polynucleotide with at least 97 percent sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 7, wherein the polynucleotide sequence has gene-regulatory activity;
c) a polynucleotide comprising any of SEQ ID NO: 7 or 8; and
d) a fragment comprising at least 150 contiguous nucleotides of SEQ ID NO: 8, wherein the fragment has promoter activity;
wherein said DNA molecule is operably linked to a heterologous transcribable DNA molecule.
