1. A process for forming a product solution from poultry waste, comprising:
providing a feedstock that is greater than 80 percent poultry waste,
anaerobically digesting said feedstock to produce a digestate having a solids content of about 5 to about 15 percent by weight;
separating said digestate into a high solids, phosphorus rich fraction; and a nitrogen rich first filtrate that has a basic pH;
adding the high solids, phosphorus rich fraction to an acid solution with stirring to form a slurry having a pH of between about 3.5 and about 5.0;
separating said slurry into a second solids fraction and a second filtrate;
clarifying said first filtrate to form a first centrate;
clarifying said second filtrate to form a second centrate; and
mixing said first centrate with said second centrate to form said product solution.
 
21. A process for forming a product solution from poultry waste, comprising:
forming an admixture having a solids content, wherein said admixture comprises greater than 80% poultry waste;
maintaining the temperature, pH, and concentration of said admixture at conditions suitable for anaerobic digestion;
producing an anaerobic digestate from said admixture, said digestate having a solids content of about 5 to about 15 percent by weight;
substantially separating said digestate into a high solids, phosphorus rich fraction and a first filtrate that is nitrogen rich, has a basic pH;
adding the high solids, phosphorus rich fraction to an acid solution with stirring to form a slurry having a pH of between about 3.5 and about 5.0;
substantially separating said slurry into a second solids fraction and a second filtrate;
clarifying said first filtrate to form a first centrate;
clarifying said second filtrate to form a second centrate; and
mixing said first centrate with said second centrate to form said product solution.
