1. A display device having a display area including a plurality of pixels arranged along a first direction and a second direction crossing the first direction, and a non-display area located around the display area, the non-display area including a first peripheral area surrounding the display area, a second peripheral area located at a lower side of the first peripheral area, and a bending area located between the first and second peripheral areas, the display device comprising:
a base substrate;
a multiplexer circuit unit disposed in the second peripheral area on the base substrate, the multiplexer circuit unit being spaced apart from the display area with respect to the bending area interposed therebetween;
a plurality of spider lines including a first set of spider lines and a second set of spider lines, and connecting the multiplexer circuit unit to the plurality of pixels;
a plurality of data lines connected to the plurality of pixels disposed in the display area on the base substrate and extending along the second direction, the plurality of data lines including a first set of data lines connected to the first set of spider lines directly and a second set of data lines connected to the second set of spider lines indirectly; and
a plurality of connection lines connecting the second set of data lines to the second set of spider lines,
wherein each of the plurality of connection lines includes a first portion extending along the first direction and a second portion extending along the second direction, and
wherein the first portion of the plurality of connection lines is disposed on a different layer than the second portion of the plurality of connection lines.
