1. A method of wireless communication performed by a first wireless communication device, the method comprising:
communicating, with a second wireless communication device, a random access configuration for a plurality of frame based equipment (FBE) frames, each FBE frame of the plurality of FBE frames including a transmission period and an idle period; and
determining a plurality of random access occasions based on the random access configuration, wherein at least one random access occasion of the plurality of random access occasions is at least partially overlapping with the idle period of at least one of the plurality of FBE frames.
