1. A method for wireless communications by a user equipment (UE), comprising:
detecting, while the UE is configured with multiple serving cells including a first cell and a second cell, a potential collision between a scheduled uplink transmission from the UE in the first cell and one or more synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) that are transmitted in the second cell, wherein the second cell is different than the first cell; and
refraining, based on the potential collision, from transmitting the scheduled uplink transmission in the first cell.
