1. A method performed by a user equipment (UE), in a wireless communication system supporting Internet of Things (IoT), the method comprising:
receiving, from a base station, discontinuous reception (DRX) related information via radio resource control (RRC) signaling;
receiving, from the base station, a paging message based on the DRX related information;
receiving, from the base station via a RRC signal, resource reservation configuration information including first information for a slot level bitmap related to a reserved resource and second information for a symbol level bitmap related to the reserved resource, wherein the resource reservation configuration information semi-statistically configures the reserved resource;
receiving, from the base station, downlink control information (DCI) including resource reservation information, wherein the resource reservation information dynamically configures whether to use the reserved resource of slot-level and symbol-level granularity configured via the RRC signal for a IoT downlink resource;
determining, based on the resource reservation configuration information and the resource reservation information, the IoT downlink resource,
wherein, based on the resource reservation information being set to “0”, the IoT downlink resource is determined as the reserved resource, and
wherein, based on the resource reservation information being set to “1” thereby indicating that the reserved resource is fully reserved, the IoT downlink resource is determined as a resource other than the reserved resource; and
receiving, from the base station, downlink information based on the IT downlink resource.
