1. A method for key distribution comprising:
authenticating a first and second terminal to a quantum identify provider, QIP,
and registering locations of the first and second terminal to a quantum location service provider, QLSP;
determining a first and second system security consensus between the first and second terminal and the QIP respectively, the first and second system security consensus identifying at least a first and second quantum key service provider (QKSP);
executing on a basis first and second system security consensus, a first key generation process for generating a first system master key and second system master key for the first and second terminal respectively, wherein the first and second system master key are determined based on first key parts received by the first QKSP from first key generators and second key parts received by the second QKSP from second key generators, the first and second key generators including one or more quantum key generators;
determining a shared security consensus between the first and second terminal, the shared security consensus identifying at least a third and fourth QKSP; and,
executing on a basis of the shared security consensus a second key generation process for generating an end-user master key for first terminal and second terminal respectively, wherein the end-user master key is determined based on third key parts received by the third QKSP from third key generators and based on fourth key parts received by the fourth QKSP from fourth key generators, the third and fourth key generators including one or more quantum key generators.
