1. A sensor comprising:
a first electrode layer;
a second electrode layer;
a dielectric layer disposed between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer; and
a sensing layer disposed on an outer surface of the second electrode layer;
wherein
the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer each independently comprise a magnetorheological elastomer;
the dielectric layer comprises a non-conductive elastomer; and
the sensing layer comprises a pH-sensitive hydrogel.
