1. A measurement device for assessing particles suspended in a fluid, the measurement device comprising:
a measurement channel comprising a mass sensor to measure mass of a particle; and
an imaging sensor to measure volume of the particle;
wherein measurements from each sensor are linked for a particle and wherein a ratio of mass to volume is used to calculate density of the particle.
