1. A synthetic canine antibody library, wherein said library comprises members with VH1 regions with an identity of at least 90% to at least one of the following germline VH1 regions selected from Vs618 (SEQ ID NO: 4), Vs628 (SEQ ID NO: 5) and Vs635 (SEQ ID NO:2).
