1. An inhibited aqueous fertilizer composition comprising
a. one or more fertilizers,
b. a non-aqueous liquid solution,
c. water,
wherein the non-aqueous liquid solution comprises a) one or more nitrification inhibitors, b) one or more urease inhibitors, and c) a non-aqueous organic liquid solvating system, wherein the one or more nitrification inhibitors are selected from the group consisting of:
i. dicyandiamide,
ii. 2-chloro-6-(trichloromethyl)pyridine,
iii. 4-amino-1,2,4,-triazole HCl,
iv. 2,4-diamino-6-trichloromethyltriazine,
V. thiourea,
vi. 1-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole,
vii. 2-amino-4-chloro-6-methylpyrimidine, and
viii. 3,4-dimethylpyrazole phosphate,
wherein the one or more urease inhibitors comprise one or more phosphoramides, wherein the one or more fertilizers are selected from the group consisting of a) urea, b) ammonium nitrate, c) ammonium sulfate, d) manure, e) ammonium phosphate and f) mixtures thereof, wherein the non-aqueous organic liquid solvating system comprises one or more aprotic solvents, wherein the one or more aprotic solvents comprise dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), wherein the one or more nitrification inhibitors and the one or more urease inhibitors are completely dissolved within the non-aqueous liquid solution, wherein the water and the one or more fertilizers are combined to form a water/fertilizer composition and the non-aqueous liquid solution is charged and dissolved within the water/fertilizer composition, optionally wherein the non-aqueous liquid solution is charged and dissolved within the water forming a water/non-aqueous liquid solution composition and the one or more fertilizers are added and dissolved within the water/non-aqueous liquid solution composition, and wherein the storage stability of the one or more phosphoramides dissolved within the non-aqueous liquid solution is improved due to the non-aqueous liquid solution being substantially free of water.
