1. A glass-based article, comprising:
a glass-based substrate comprising opposing first and second surfaces defining a substrate thickness (t);
a central composition at the center of the glass-based article comprising lithium; and
a compressive stress layer extending from a surface of the glass-based article to a depth of compression (DOC);
wherein the glass-based article comprises a peak compressive stress (CS) greater than or equal to 970 MPa, a thickness (t) of less than or equal to 0.73 mm, a compressive stress at a knee (CSk) greater than or equal to 165 MPa, and a DOC/t greater than 0.17.
