1. A coated tool, comprising:
a base; and
a coating layer located on a surface of the base, and the coating layer comprising an intermediate layer comprising Ti and an Al2O3 layer, wherein:
the Al2O3 layer is located in contact with the intermediate layer at a position further away from the base than the intermediate layer,
the intermediate layer comprises a plurality of first protrusions having feet and tips, and each of the tips protrude toward the Al2O3 layer,
an average distance between the plurality of first protrusions is 70-120 nm, and
an average width of each of the feet is 10-50 nm, and an average height of the first protrusions is 10-60 nm.
