1. A method, comprising:
establishing a session of game play of a game, the game play generating game content that is returned to a primary client device of a user for rendering;
generating device profile of each secondary client device of a plurality of secondary client devices associated with the user, wherein said each secondary client device is identified to be local to the primary client device, the device profile identifying device attributes of said each secondary client device;
identifying one or more of the secondary client devices from the plurality of secondary client devices with device capabilities for presenting a component of the game content, the one or more secondary client devices identified by matching the device attributes of said each of the one or more secondary client device to device attribute requirements for rendering said component of the game;
providing a handover option to the primary client device, the handover option including a list of the one or more of the secondary client devices that is capable of rendering said component of the game content; and
receiving selection of a secondary client device from the list, the selection causing automatic establishment of communication connection between the primary client device and the selected secondary client device, the establishing of communication connection includes automatically switching streaming of said component of the game content to the selected secondary client device for rendering and continuing rendering of remaining ones of components of the game content at the primary client device.
