1. An electric mobility vehicle on which a user is to be seated to ride, the electric mobility vehicle comprising:
a mobility body having a wheel, a motor for driving the wheel, and a seat on which the user is to be seated; and
a sensor provided in the mobility body, wherein
the mobility body comprises a controller which controls the motor by using detected data of the sensor for at least one of automatic driving, automatic stopping, or a combination of the automatic driving and the automatic stopping,
the controller is configured to be able to set a detection cancel area, in the detected data,
the sensor provided in the mobility body is constructed and arranged to sense objects in the detection cancel area,
the detection cancel area is set at a front side area of the seat, and includes at least a front-side cancel area located at a front side relative to a footrest portion of the electric mobility vehicle,
the electric mobility vehicle further includes a lower side sensor which is capable of detecting an object to be avoided in a lower side area from under a footrest surface for the user, from a front end portion of the footrest portion, or from under a lower surface of the electric mobility vehicle,
the lower side area includes an area under the front-side cancel area, a lower side of the front-side cancel area, or a combination of the area under the front-side cancel area and the lower side of the front-side cancel area, and
the controller controls the motor for an evading operation when the lower side sensor detects the object to be avoided in the lower side area.
