1. An aerosol provision system comprising:
an aerosol provision device; and
a security device connectable to the aerosol provision device, the security device configured to engage the aerosol provision device when the security device is connected to the aerosol provision device, and prevent use of the aerosol provision device as long as the security device is connected to the aerosol provision device, the security device switchable between a locked state in which the security device is respectively locked in engagement with the aerosol provision device—, an unlocked state in which the security device is allowed to disengage from the aerosol provision device to enable separation of the security device from the aerosol provision device.
