7. A method of providing active synchronization of device states across a plurality of distributed systems, the method comprising steps of:
receiving an active user device list;
identifying a difference of devices between a first cloud-based system and a second cloud-based system;
invoking bulk device de-registration to remove devices found in the first cloud-based system but not the second cloud-based system; and
invoking bulk device de-registration to remove devices found in the second cloud-based system but not the first cloud-based system.
