1. A method comprising:
semi-statically configuring, by a base station, multiple resource sets for a terminal, wherein semi-statically configuring the multiple resource sets includes configuring time-frequency resources occupied by the multiple resource sets in a time-frequency resource unit and configuring time-frequency resource units in which the multiple resource sets appear or time-frequency resource units in which the terminal monitors the multiple resource sets; and
sending, by the base station to the terminal, dynamic signaling indications to indicate (i) a physical downlink shared channel, PDSCH, transmission and (ii) resources of the multiple resource sets where rate matching of the PDSCH is to be performed,
wherein the multiple resource sets include a first resource set and a second resource set and the dynamic signaling indications include a first dynamic signaling indication indicating whether rate matching of the PDSCH is to be performed over resources of the first resource set and a second dynamic signaling indication indicating whether rate matching of the PDSCH is to be performed over resources of the second resource set, and
wherein the first resource set and the second resource set have separate monitor occasion configurations, and wherein at least one of following is satisfied:
the first dynamic signaling indication is valid on only one monitor occasion of the first resource set, and wherein the second dynamic signaling indication is valid on only one monitor occasion of the second resource set;
the first dynamic signaling indication is valid on all monitor occasions of the first resource set overlapping with the PDSCH, and wherein the second dynamic signaling indication is valid on all monitor occasions of the second resource set overlapping with the PDSCH; or
valid ranges of the first dynamic signaling indication and the second dynamic signaling indication depend on results of a blind detection of the terminal.
