A set of an oligonucleotide primer pair and fluorescently labeled oligonucleotide probe, wherein the oligonucleotide primer pair comprises a first oligonucleotide comprising SEQ ID NO: 1 and a second oligonucleotide comprising SEQ ID NO:2, and the fluorescently labeled oligonucleotide probe comprises SEQ ID NO:3.
